IT Technician

Overview

Maintain karaoke systems, install sound systems, and configure karaoke equipment at customer sites.

Perform testing, troubleshooting, and repair of karaoke equipment including amplifiers, microphones, speakers, touch screen and karaoke jukebox.

Provide customer on-site support and technical assistance after sales service.

Ensure all equipment is set up according to safety and quality standards.

Maintain accurate records of installation, service reports, and inventory of tools and spare parts.

Assist in product upgrades, calibration, and system optimization to achieve the best sound and karaoke performance.

Work closely with sales and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
