Senior Executive, Marketing & Partnerships
You will play a key role in executing brand-compliant, high-impact marketing campaigns to support product launches, retail activations, and brand growth. Your scope includes 360 campaign planning, retail and POS coordination, partner marketing and agency management.
You will develop integrated campaigns across digital and physical touchpoints, working cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors to deliver best-in-class execution in line with Machines’ premium retail positioning.
Job Description
Plan, coordinate and execute 360 marketing plans (multi-channel on online & offline media)
Execute and monitor POS (point-of-sale) setups across Machines stores – ensuring timely distribution of materials, brand compliance and consistency
Coordinate with internal Retail & Sales Ops teams for live floor execution, troubleshoot and feedback collection
Initiate, negotiate and maintain strategic brand and marketing partnerships with external organisations such as banks, payment platforms, and ecosystem partners to drive collaborative campaigns and added-value propositions
Manage co-marketing initiatives with partners, KOLs and media platforms – ensuring clear deliverables and measurable ROI
Brief and oversee internal and external creative, event and media agencies for timely execution
Able to copywrite and edit marketing collaterals to maintain consistent tone and messaging
Track campaign performance, generate reports and propose optimisations based on insights
Support day-to-day marketing operations and contribute to brainstorming of innovative campaign ideas
Assist with content marketing, social media marketing and digital strategy across paid and owned assets
Provide support in all corporate and partner events and any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications OR similar disciplines
Fluent written / spoken English. Good command of written and oral Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin is a plus point.
Min. 2 years experience in media planning for online and offline media
Minimum 3-5 years’ of marketing experience, preferably in a fast-paced retail or consumer tech environment
Experience in POS execution together with strong coordination skills and ability to manage campaigns across multiple stakeholders and touchpoints
Proven experience in initiating and managing marketing partnerships with external organisations (e.g. banks, media, etc)
Familiarity working with brand principals and understanding of their approval processes
Excellent project management, communication and creative briefing skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently in a deadline-driven environment
