JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Responsible for pre-sales inquiries, sales, post-sale customer service and on-going customer relationship management.
- Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering.
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements, needs and address any questions or issues customers may have.
- Offer solutions based on clients' needs and capabilities.
- Managing customer's enquiries or policies in order for existing customers to remain satisfied with company products and services.
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Using sales scripts provided by the company as a guidance to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
- Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases and call outcomes in the designated CRM or tracking tools.
- Ensure daily and monthly KPIs (Call Performance and Sales Target) are met and exceeded
- Well versed of insurance products and services
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Minimum Diploma / GCE 'O' level with at least 3 years of relevant work experience doing outbound sales preferably in call centre environment and general insurance industryPossess Insurance certification (GI – BCP & PGI) and basic computing skillsEnergetic, outgoing personality and service orientedIndependent and a fast leaner with initiativeAble to converse fluently in both English and Mandarin (would be an advantage but not mandatory)Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skillsJob Type : Permanent
Pay : RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
