The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to the Aviation division, aligning business objectives with HR strategies to support operational effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent management. The HRBP acts as a consultant to management on human resource-related matters and ensures that HR practices support the company’s mission, culture, and business goals within the aviation environment.
Job Summary
The HRBP is responsible for delivering end-to-end HR support to the Aviation business unit, including manpower planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, and organizational effectiveness. The role requires close collaboration with line managers and senior management to drive employee engagement, ensure compliance with aviation industry standards and statutory requirements, and implement HR initiatives that strengthen workforce capability and business growth.
Partner with Aviation management to understand business strategies and develop corresponding HR initiatives.
Lead manpower planning and talent acquisition for technical and operational aviation roles.
Support organizational restructuring, job evaluation, and workforce optimization.
Provide HR advisory to line managers on performance management, disciplinary matters, and employee engagement.
Oversee onboarding, confirmation, promotion, and contract renewal processes for aviation staff.
Coordinate training and competency development programs in compliance with aviation regulatory requirements.
Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are implemented consistently within the division.
Analyze HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, manpower cost) and provide insights for business decision‑making.
Liaise with regulatory bodies (e.g. CAAM, MOHR) on aviation‑related employment matters.
Foster a positive and productive working culture aligned with the organization’s values and mission.
Skills
Strong understanding of HR operations, employment law, and industrial relations.
Analytical and data‑driven decision‑making capabilities.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business needs into HR solutions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
Strong facilitation, coaching, and problem‑solving skills.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Experiences
Minimum 5 years of working experience in Human Resources, preferably in the aviation industries.
Experience in partnering with business leaders and managing end‑to‑end HR functions.
