Job descriptionCompile and update supply chain data for planning and reporting. Analyze system data to identify inefficiencies, track performance, and generate reports for decision-making. Improve and maintain dashboards (inventory, delivery schedules, purchase orders). Support system testing, upgrades, and implementation of new modules or enhancements. Develop SOPs, user manuals, and training materials related to ERP use. Provide end-user training to internal teams. Work closely with the production team to align material availability with production schedules. Maintain accurate records through the ERP system. Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and safety standards. Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience as Supply Chain / Planner / Buyer / Purchaser / Warehouse Executive within manufacturing industry. Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, SQL, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) / WMS system is required Strong coordination, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory control. Monday Friday : 8 : 30am to 6 : 00pm Annual Leave : 12 days (pro-rated) Medical Insurance provided Outpatient Medical Coverage provided Supportive team environment with learning opportunities Professional development ERP systems : 1 year (Required) English (Preferred)

A growing manufacturing group is looking for a Buyer / Supply Chain Executive (Systems Focus) to support the implementation of a new ERP system. This role is ideal for detail-oriented candidates with strong data management skills and a basic understanding of supply chain processes.

- Collect, update, and integrate data for end-to-end supply chain planning.
