About the Role

RBM Building Machinery Trading Sdn.Bhd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented fresh graduate to join our team as an Entry-Level Account Officer. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to develop their accounting skills while contributing to the smooth management of financial operations in a dynamic work environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Learn to maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing and processing invoices, payments, and other financial documents.
• Support the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and auditors.
• Become familiar with compliance standards related to accounting, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
