About You

We are looking for a Executive, Talent Acquisition to be based in Mutiara Damansara . you will be at the forefront of our recruitment efforts, responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our growth. You will collaborate closely with various departments, understand their talent needs, and implement strategies to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Your Day-to-Day

• Manage end to end recruitment process, encompasses tasks such as job posting, candidate sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks and offers.
• Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, such as job portals, professional networks, and employee referrals.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders like hiring managers and department leaders to craft recruitment strategies that meet Carsome evolving talent needs.
• Engage in collaborative efforts with hiring managers to collectively craft and refine detailed job descriptions that accurately reflect the roles and responsibilities required for potential candidates.
• Ensure an unparalleled candidate experience, offering a seamless journey from the first point of contact to onboarding.
