Handyman

Location : RSC complex facilities, buildings, and external areas, including ad-hoc assignments at other designated sites.

Reports To : Supervisor / Assistant Supervisor and section Leader.

Purpose of Job

The Handyman (Civil & Structure) is responsible for performing repair, maintenance, and minor construction works on building structures, finishes, and fittings to ensure facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained. This role supports the Engineering team in delivering efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality building maintenance services in compliance with Engineering EIMS standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

Candidates should have a Diploma or Certificate in Building or Civil Engineering with at least one year of relevant experience. Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and concrete repair is required. They must be able to work independently or in a team, possess good communication skills, and be physically fit for manual and outdoor tasks. physically fit and capable of performing manual and outdoor work.
