Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our finance and HR functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, handling administrative tasks, and supporting people operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounting entries, invoicing, and bank reconciliations
- Help manage payroll processing and monthly statutory submissions (CPF, IRAS, etc.)
- Maintain accurate records for HR and finance files
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist in preparing HR letters, contracts, and documents
- Coordinate staff leave records and claims
- Perform general admin and support tasks as needed
Requirements
Diploma in Accounting, Business Admin, HR, or related field12 years of relevant experience preferredFamiliar with MS Excel and basic accounting softwareOrganized, responsible, and able to handle confidential informationWillingness to learn and support multiple functionsWork from office in Cheras#J-18808-Ljbffr
