Senior Manager, Marketing and Communications

The University of Southampton Malaysia (UoSM) is looking for a results-oriented and strategically minded Senior Manager, Marketing & Communications to lead integrated marketing, communications, and CRM initiatives that strengthen brand visibility and support student recruitment objectives across local and international markets.

This is a middle management role that supports and aligns with the Director of Student Recruitment & Engagement. The Senior Manager will lead a marketing team responsible for executing campaigns, managing PR & communications, and optimising CRM-led engagement across the student lifecycle. The ideal candidate will bring both creative flair and operational discipline to elevate the University's brand and engagement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

1) Strategic Branding, Demand Generation, PR & Comms

• Support the Director in implementing the overall Branding, Marketing, PR & Comms strategy aligned with UoSM's recruitment and engagement priorities.
• Develop and deliver annual marketing and communications plans targeting key student segments and decision-makers.
• Co-engage the Director in brand strategy discussions, messaging alignment, and institutional promotions across key touch points.
