Expected salary : RM4,000 - RM6,000 per month

Position : Performance Marketing Senior Executive

Salary Package : RM4,000 - RM6,000

Working Location : Senai, Johor

Company Background : Biotechnology Company

Working Days : Monday to Friday

Working Hours : 7 : 30am - 4 : 30pm

Job Descriptions :

Plan & execute Facebook and Instagram ads (TikTok & Xiaohongshu are a big plus)

Write and guide ad creatives : collaborate with designers to produce visuals and copy that click

Rapidly test multiple versions to identify high CTR & high conversion winners

Track and optimize ads daily — adjust based on data (CTR, CVR, ROAS)

Troubleshoot issues (rejected ads, account bans) and keep campaigns stable

Analyze ad performance, generate reports, and propose growth strategies

Work with the team to build an annual hero product campaign plan

Implement retargeting strategies with Pixel, Lookalike & custom audiences

Requirements

3+ years in paid ads (FB / IG as core, other platforms a plus)

Proven experience with sensitive categories (health, beauty, feminine care preferred)

Skilled in avoiding sensitive words & handling account bans professionally

Strong data analysis skills (CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS, etc.)

Hands-on experience managing monthly budgets RM10K – 100K

Familiar with full-funnel advertising (cold start, retargeting, re-purchase ads)

Ability to scale winning ads and control budget growth rhythm
