Job description
1. HR Strategy & Policy Development
- Develop, review, and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company objectives.
- Advise management on HR best practices and support organizational growth through strategic HR planning.
2. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Oversee the full recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.Work closely with department heads to identify hiring needs and ensure effective workforce planning.3. Compensation & Benefits
Manage payroll processing in compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN).Recommend and oversee employee benefits and reward programs to ensure competitiveness and retention.4. Training & Development
Identify training needs, develop annual training plans, and organize internal and external training programs.Monitor employee development and track the effectiveness of training initiatives.5. Employee Relations & Engagement
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution professionally and confidentially.Drive employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.6. Compliance & Labour Law
Ensure full compliance with Malaysian labour laws and employment regulations.Keep up-to-date with changes in employment legislation and ensure HR practices remain legally compliant.7. Performance Management
Oversee the implementation of the performance appraisal process.Support line managers in setting KPIs, giving feedback, and managing employee performance.8. HR Reporting & Administration
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR reports.Provide HR-related data and analysis to support decision-making by senior management.Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of working experience in a Human Resources role, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.Strong knowledge of Malaysian Labour Laws and HR best practices.#J-18808-Ljbffr
