HR Manager

We are urgently looking for a hands-on, experienced HR Manager to lead HR operations across multiple business units. You will drive recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR process improvements to build an engaged and high-performing workforce.
What You’ll Be Doing
Oversee the full HR spectrum : recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compliance.
Lead talent acquisition strategies to attract the right people quickly.
Develop and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and the employee handbook.
Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance resolution.
Administer leave management, benefits, and employee engagement initiatives.
Prepare HR reports and analytics to support management decisions.
Drive HR process transformation, automation, and system enhancements.
What We’re Looking For
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 6 years’ experience in a full-spectrum HR role with leadership exposure.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
Proactive, hands-on, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferably someone who has experience in manufacturing industry.
