Senior Executive

My client is a leading Malaysian-based aluminium company with a strong global footprint. Founded in the 1980s, they are now the largest integrated aluminium producer in Southeast Asia. As they continue to grow, they have recently expanded into Indonesia and is looking to hire a mandarin speaking Senior Executive for their corporate office in the CBD, Jakarta.

Project Costing

• Develop, review, and maintain project budgets and cost reports.
• Monitor actual project expenditures and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
• Perform variance analysis and identify cost trends or potential savings.
• Ensure accurate recording and documentation of all project-related financial transactions.
• Liaise with procurement and operations teams on cost matters, including supplier invoicing and payment tracking.
