Job Descriptions

• Assist in driving and managing new business initiatives and process improvement projects, from concept through to implementation.
• Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables are met.
• Work closely with stakeholders at all levels to ensure clear alignment of projects goals, expectations, and deliverables.
• Gather and analyze feedback and business performance data to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate new features or system enhancements to ensure they meet business requirements.
• Prepare reports and updates for management on project status and outcomes.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
