Disbursement Officer

Responsibility : -

• Perform credit administration tasks, process legal documentation and ensure loan documentation is ready on time so that the money transfer is successful.
• Liaising with lawyers for the preparation of the necessary documentation.
• Perform general administrative functions including credit support tasks, report preparation and other related matters.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely loan issuance and manage customer expectations for internal and external customers to promote a good customer experience.
• Assist with customer related issues, resolve and respond to them effectively.
