Head of Account Payable Shared Services

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of AP Shared Services to lead the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations across multiple entities. This role will be pivotal in driving operational excellence, automation, and governance while fostering a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in AP processes, strong leadership capabilities, and exceptional communication skills to influence stakeholders across finance, commercial, and vendor ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

• Oversee end-to-end AP operations including invoice processing, vendor payments, debit balance resolution, and bank reconciliations.
• Lead reconciliation of marketplace fees between Zalora’s e-commerce marketplace platform “Seller Centre” and SAP, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.
• Govern AP ledger integrity and ensure alignment with GL and subledger balances.
• Monitor blocked payments and proactively resolve issues to ensure timely disbursements.
• Drive collection efforts for sellers with debit balances, ensuring timely follow-up and escalation.
