Responsibilities :

• To Customers
• Welcome customers professionally
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing appropriate solutions for returns, complaints, checkout, etc.
• Know the technical features and benefits of Decathlon products to recommend suitable products and services
• Develop and maintain customer relationships both in-store and online
• Pass on sports passion and help customers discover new sports
• Encourage subscription / registration for the loyalty program to improve customer information
• To Decathlon Malaysia
• Align with the department's goals and work with the team to achieve them
• Promote innovation and the sports experience in-store
• Utilize resources and tools to boost sales
• Arrange store layout according to guidelines and principles
• Create high-quality store displays based on the Satisfied Customer Family (FCS) concept
• Maintain attractive store presentation to satisfy customers
• Ensure stock accuracy and availability using the replenishment system
• For Safety of People and Goods
• Enforce safety and security standards
• Know and implement fire safety and evacuation procedures
• Development and Skills Enhancement
• Participate in training programs and develop related skills
