Achieve Group is seeking a Tech Recruitment Sales Team Lead with a proven track record in the recruitment industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business, connecting clients with the right talent, balancing client demands, market trends, and candidate expectations, while meeting performance targets.

The candidate will be based at our Achieve Malaysia office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities :

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the perm and / or recruitment space through cold calling, networking, or referrals.
• Manage 360-degree end-to-end recruitment from client development, account management, and candidate sourcing.
• Maintain a talent pool with a pipeline of qualified candidates and continuously engage with passive candidates to keep them interested in future roles.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of client requirements and tailor tender responses accordingly.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build a robust professional network.
