Job Requirements :
1. Bachelor's degree in Banking, Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
2. Experience in Banking sector especially in Wealth Management will be an added advantage.
3. A minimum of 10 years of experience in banking industry.
4. In-depth knowledge of Wealth Management for Unit Trust, Structured investments and ASNB products and management.
5. Strong leadership skills to inspire wealth advisors team includes providing coaching and mentoring to help team members achieve targeted goals.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients, manage stakeholders, and lead your team effectively.
7. The ability to identify challenges within the sales process and develop proactive and effective solutions.
