This role focuses on leading global change requests, stakeholder engagement, process improvement, team leadership, knowledge management, and SOP development within HR shared services.
Job Description
- Lead Global Change Requests : Drive and coordinate global change request activities, including scope review, impact analysis (documentation and process updates), defining testing requirements, managing UAT and SRT, and conducting team debriefs prior to go‑live and production deployment.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with client stakeholder groups and HRSS teams in joint reviews to address process gaps and ensure timely updates to impacted documentation.
- Process Improvement Initiatives : Partner with client stakeholders, HRSS teams, and vendors to identify and implement process enhancements, ensuring downstream readiness and smooth integration.
- Team Leadership & Guidance : Provide mentorship and guidance to junior Business Analysts, and act as interim team manager in the absence of the Business Analyst Manager.
- Knowledge & Access Management : Oversee Knowledge Management and Access Management queues, ensuring adherence to case management SLAs.
- SOP Development : Create, maintain, and publish HRSS knowledge articles to support consistent and accurate information sharing across the organization.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in business analysis and change management, especially in Workday and in HR Shared Service environment. Exposure to project management is highly advantageous.Strong knowledge of HR domain, particularly Workday HCM, including Compensation and Absence modules (mandatory). Familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus.Excellent command of written and spoken English.Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking abilities.Solid understanding of business processes and their impact across multiple business units.Hands‑on experience with Workday transactions and process flows.Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to scope changes, and deliver within timelines.Experience in process optimization and exposure to AI‑driven initiatives.Strong presentation skills and ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences, including end users, managers, internal, vendor and client stakeholders.High level of accuracy and commitment to data integrity.Quick learner with the ability to master new systems, applications, and technologies. Proactive, accountable, and ownership‑driven.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Other Requirements
Core working hours are 10am to 7pm MYT, however flexibility is required to work outside of shift hours depending on project assigned.Seniority level
