About the role

We are seeking a talented Production Executive to join the dynamic team at United Kotak Berhad. As a Production Executive, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing operations, responsible for overseeing the production planning and scheduling processes. This full-time position is based in our Kulai Johor facility, where you will contribute to the company's growth and success in the manufacturing, transport and logistics industry.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement effective production plans to meet customer demands and business objectives
• Coordinate the allocation of resources, including labour, equipment, and materials, to optimise production efficiency
• Monitor and analyse production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Liaise with cross-functional teams, such as sales, procurement, and quality control, to ensure seamless production operations
• Participate in the continuous improvement of production processes and procedures
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities
• Comply with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
