Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in F&B management, including central kitchen and restaurant operations.
Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing multi-location teams.
Familiar with inventory systems, kitchen operations, and food delivery integration platforms.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, hands-on, and data-driven environment.
Preferred :
Experience in both dine-in and cloud kitchen models.
Knowledge of food safety certifications and HACCP procedures.
Strong understanding of F&B profitability, budgeting, and staff management.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

White Ark Sdn Bhd (IT has multiple brands under it's portfolio) is seeking a capable and experienced F&B Manager to oversee and lead the full spectrum of food and beverage operations. This role is responsible for managing the Central Kitchen, Restaurant Operations, Catering Services, and ensuring strong performance across 3rd party delivery platforms (GrabFood, ShopeeFood, FoodPanda). The ideal candidate is hands-on, process-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-outlet environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Central Kitchen Operations
Oversee production planning, prep schedules, and food quality from the central kitchen.
Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of items to outlets and for delivery orders.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in accordance with regulations.
Manage kitchen inventory, wastage control, supplier coordination, and food cost efficiency.
Work closely with R&D and menu development teams for scaling new items and SKUs.
Restaurant Operations
Manage daily operations at multiple outlets in PJ and Sri Hartamas.
Lead and develop both FOH and BOH teams to ensure service consistency and product quality.
Monitor SOP compliance, customer experience, and outlet-level KPIs.
Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
Drive outlet-level profitability through effective cost control and upselling initiatives.
Catering Services
Plan and execute catering orders (corporate & private), including staffing and logistics.
Ensure high service standards, quality presentation, and timely delivery.
Liaise with clients for customized menus and on-site coordination when needed.
3rd Party Delivery Platforms
Manage and optimize digital presence on GrabFood, ShopeeFood, and FoodPanda.
Ensure menus, prices, and availability are accurate and frequently updated.
Track order fulfillment, delivery issues, ratings, and customer feedback to improve performance.
Collaborate with platform account managers for promos, campaigns, and visibility.
