About you :

The primary responsibility of this position is to lead successful CRS implementations. The role involves a broad scope of activities, requiring the ability to rapidly shift priorities and effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A successful candidate will be a self-starter who can quickly adapt to changing conditions and devise practical solutions.

Day-to-day, you will :

• Lead Implementations : Drive successful implementations, ensuring project tasks are prioritized and timelines are managed effectively.
• Project Oversight : Oversee project plans, manage scope, and change requests, and estimate the impacts of scope changes on timelines and costs.
• Client Communication : Ensure effective communication with clients, often requiring on-site visits to client meetings to ensure projects are implemented within contractual obligations.
• Multitasking : Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, while also participating in internal projects as needed.
• Resource Management : Manage project resources efficiently to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Reporting : Report to the CRS Onboarding Manager Ops.
