Job Responsibility
- Prepare invoices for motorcycle dealers / partners and track payments and process motorcycle supplier invoices, and manage payments within the deadlines.
- Oversee and maintain accurate records of all new and used vehicle stock using the management system and excel.
- Ensure all vehicle documentation, such as invoices, delivery notes, and licensing papers is correct, complete, and compliant with regulations.
- Conduct regular stock takes and audits to reconcile inventory levels and identify any discrepancies.
- Track and coordinate the movement of vehicles between branches, dealerships, or other third parties.
- Daily checking of admin / front desk data entry, motorcycle stock listings.
- other ad-hoc tasks.
Job Requirements
Possess Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Required language (s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.Fresh graduate are strongly encouraged to apply.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.Job Benefits
