Job Summary
The incumbent is responsible for crafting & implementation of learning & development strategy in alignment to the overall organisational goals. This includes identifying current & future competencies for development, implementation of key development interventions for PAMB (internally developed & external providers), seamless operations of Learning Management System (LMS), drive a continuous learning organisation and manage the overall L&D’s end to end operations.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop & implement learning strategies in building capabilities for current & future needs.
- Build agility to rapidly launch capability building programs- training on new technologies.
- Conduct competency mapping to address gaps & recommend impactful development interventions.
- Conceptualize, create & deliver customized programs to meet business goals.
- Lead & manage end-to end L&D operations / administration.
- Design customized learning journeys moving away from standalone programs (70 : 20 : 10).
- Manage the overall L&D budget, timely statutory reporting submission required by regulators & compliance matters.
- Identify, select and manage on-going relationships with external providers and training providers.
- Create & manage blended learning & learning community platforms.
- Develop meaningful learning measurement metrices L&D impacts on business performance.
- Support HR Driven Projects & CEO Townhalls as and when required.
JOB SPECIFICATION :
a. Qualifications / Experience
Bachelor’s degree in any related discipline of business / communication / psychology / behavioral science.Minimum 8 – 10 years of working experience in area of organizational development / learning & development.b. Knowledge / Skills
