Job Scope
Plan and oversee daily boutique operations to ensure smooth sales processes and excellent customer service.Ensure monthly and yearly sales targets are met, and implement strategies to maximize profit.Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance, including training, motivation, and disciplinary follow-ups.Monitor inventory and stock levels, ensuring efficient ordering, delivery, and storage processes.Analyze sales data and performance reports, and provide improvement suggestions based on market trends and customer needs.Ensure store layout, visual merchandising, and product displays align with brand standards.Manage operational budgets, including cost control, expenditure, and optimal resource utilization.Act as the liaison between HQ and boutique branches, communicating management directives and company policies.Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism and timely resolution.Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain service quality and consistency.Oversee recruitment and training of new staff, including performance evaluations and career development planning.Participate in promotional campaigns, discounts, and boutique marketing activities, and evaluate their impact on sales.Conduct regular audits of the boutique, including compliance with safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.Build strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring adequate stock supply and boutique needs.Monitor and report competitor developments, and propose new initiatives to stay competitive in the market.Requirements / Preferred Qualities
Proven experience in retail or operations management, preferably in the fashion or boutique industry.Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and drive performance.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Highly organized, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.Proficient in using POS systems, Microsoft Office, and inventory management software.Able to work on weekends and manage shift scheduling as required.Results-driven, with a strategic mindset and hands-on approach to operations.Willing to travel between outlets (Shah Alam & Bangi).Positive attitude, proactive, and passionate about delivering high service standards.Why Join Us?
