Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Central Region, Malaysia. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and smooth service delivery, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service. The role involves monitoring and improving operational processes, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Operations Manager will also work closely with franchise partners to meet business objectives and support their operational needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing day-to-day operations and staff supervision
• Strong skills in budget management and process improvement
• Excellent customer service and quality control abilities
• Proficiency in health and safety regulations
• Ability to work on-site and mobile in Central Region, Malaysia
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience in the fast-food industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
