Overall Role Purpose
As an Experienced Professional Change Management Analyst, you will work closely with country / entity teams and management hierarchies to introduce the concept and expected benefits of Finance system(s) that are scheduled for upcoming deployments, to factor in all relevant considerations to successfully deploy this system(s) and to manage the people element that is associated with the planned change. Furthermore, you will guide system users through critical periods of potential uncertainly and where strong stakeholder management skills are essential, aiming to ensure optimal uptake and correct usage of the tools or processes, in a fully compliant manner, and bringing about tangible benefit realization within the shortest timeframes.

Role focus and main responsibilities
- Design, communicate and implement professional change management, planning and execution of assigned workstream delivery
- Actively assist in professionalizing Change Management through accepted standards and methodologies to ensure :

Optimal levels of understanding and change acceptance, based on benefit realization tracking and a first class communication planDriving continuous improvement in project (pre / post)-deployment phases and leading these project cycle phasesGaining and relaying critical feedback back into the Project Team to ensure optimal project landscape for existing and subsequent deploymentsResolving and mitigating fear and / or resistance associated with changeSupport to deliver the designing of methodology and enabling organization in adoption of conceptSupport process design workshops and Agile sprintsBuilding relationships with process / product owners and developers within specified area(s) to help further optimize deliverablesHelping to constantly assessing the business landscape for future business opportunities and optimization opportunities for BPO projectsEducational qualifications and experience
MinImum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, ideally in a related field (such as Finance, Change Management, IT or business)Solid Finance process knowledge (e.g. in RTR, OTC, PTP, Cost Accounting)Beneficial to possess experience / certifications in :Change Management, Stakeholder Management and / or Performance Management
