They handle commercial contracting, vendor negotiations, and project-based legal work across multiple jurisdictions, with particular strength in the financial services and corporate sectors.

Role Overview

We are seeking junior to mid-level corporate / commercial contracting lawyers to join our client's growing delivery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including procurement contracts, tech contracts and NDAs. The role will also involve collaborating closely with their client's legal and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including procurement, services, technology, and licensing agreements.
• Provide input on contract risk, compliance, and regulatory considerations.
• Liaise with client stakeholders, including legal, procurement, and business teams, to align on contract terms and delivery timelines.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to knowledge management and process improvement initiatives.
