Key Responsibilities :

• Manage client accounts, servicing, and engagement to ensure continuity and satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Chinese-speaking clients (e.g., Taiwan, China).
• Provide language and cultural alignment to reduce miscommunication and enhance client trust.
• Support recruitment services expansion, including expatriate segments.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth operations and workload balance.
• Contribute to revenue growth through effective client follow-up and service quality.
