Finance Controller

We are seeking a Finance Controller to support our next phase of growth. This role is focused on strengthening corporate governance, compliance, and preparing the company for future investor engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead preparation of financial records, policies, and internal controls
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and legal counsel
• Prepare management and board reports, financial statements, and due diligence materials
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management
