At Ovalware, we are on a mission to create magic in everyday rituals through beautifully designed and functional products. We're looking for a passionate Wholesale Sales Manager to help us make this magic more accessible to the world.

Position Summary

We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Wholesale Sales Manager to expand Ovalware’s wholesale presence. In this role, you’ll drive growth in our B2B channel, manage key accounts, and build lasting partnerships while identifying new market opportunities. This position is pivotal in strengthening Ovalware’s presence in the B2B market, including dealers and retailers worldwide.

What are we looking for?

  • 3-5 years in wholesale, business development, or partnership management.
  • Strong negotiation skills for wholesale agreements, pricing, and trade terms.
  • Self-starter mentality with a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities and solving challenges.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute wholesale sales strategies for U.S. and international markets.
  • Familiarity with digital sales, e-commerce, and CRM tools to enhance partner engagement.
  • Ability to track and analyze sales data to optimize pricing, promotions, and sales strategies.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration to align strategies across various departments and ensure smooth operations.
  • Background in trade shows and industry networking.
  • Previous experience in the home & kitchen industry ; experience in the coffee industry is a strong plus .
  • Experience in developing lead generation strategies and a strong track record of closing deals.

  • What will you do?

    Business Development & Market Expansion

  • Identify and onboard new wholesale partners in the U.S.
  • Expand into international markets by strategically working with dealers and retail partners to establish long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and execute a wholesale-focused lead generation and sales strategy to establish a strong presence in the US and global markets.
  • Negotiate wholesale agreements, pricing structures, and trade terms for new partnerships.
  • Partner Growth & Sales Strategy

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive wholesale lead generation and sales strategy.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing wholesale partners and retailers to drive repeat orders and revenue growth.
  • Develop incentive programs, marketing support, and benefits.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to expand brand reach and explore new opportunities.
  • Account Management & Support

  • Serve as the main point of contact for wholesale and retail partners, ensuring strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with marketing to provide sales materials, product training, and promotions for partners.
  • Monitor and optimize wholesale sales performance, reorder trends, and account retention.
  • Digital Wholesale & E-Commerce Collaboration

  • Work with the Marketing Manager to enhance the online wholesale experience.
  • Identify opportunities to improve digital engagement and lead generation for wholesale partners and retailers.
  • Explore scalable wholesale ordering systems to streamline partner operations.
  • Performance & Strategy Optimization

  • Track sales data, reorder rates, and partner performance to drive revenue growth.
  • Continuously refine wholesale pricing, promotions, and sales strategy.
  • Develop feedback loops to gather insights from wholesale customers and improve offerings.
  • Provide regular reports on key insights and opportunities for wholesale expansion.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with the Marketing Team to ensure wholesale aligns with brand strategy and promotions.
  • Work closely with the Product Team to develop wholesale product offerings.
  • Coordinate with the Supply Chain and Fulfillment Teams to ensure timely and efficient order processing.
