What is your mission?
Responsible for the performance evaluation and certification of the trainers through coaching, mentoring, class observations and assessmentsEstablishes team and individual goals in alignment with the program and / or company goalsDesigns course curriculum based on needs analysis results, employee feedback, client expectations, leadership requests, industry best practices and existing L & D strategiesApplies a wide range of tools to plan, analyze, and oversee the program’s performance to make sure there are improvementsMonitors and evaluates training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and reports or communicates on themLiaise closely with the different teams and Clients to ensure training and knowledge base is up to date and employees are up to speed on changes and updatesEmploys a variety of leadership techniques and can effectively select and apply the best technique to an employee’s individual needsAny other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCXWho are we looking for?
Candidate must possess at least a Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any fieldPreferable with 5 - 7 years of working experience in the related field is required for this positionExtensive knowledge of analysing training needs and implementing performance gap analysisStrong Facilitation skills using Adult Learning TheoriesCompetent in e‑content and design developmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting marketMaterials and people management.
