Job Responsibilities :
- Handle filing, data entry, and documentation.
- Managing office supplies, ensuring a tidy and organized work environment, and handling mail and deliveries.
- Preparing, editing, and proofreading documents, maintaining files (both physical and digital), and ensuring proper record-keeping.
- Answering phones, taking messages, and directing calls appropriately, as well as handling email correspondence.
Requirements :
