Job Description
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer focus on :
Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding client needs and providing exceptional service. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings. Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to the Chief Business Officer. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote Signature Market's solutions. Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a positive and results-driven work environment. Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee.
