Job descriptionGenerate qualified leads and partnerships for recond and EV sales Support Dongfeng brand launch with strategic outreach and campaign coordination Develop B2B and B2C initiatives for Pusat Servis (e.g., fleet servicing, insurance tie-ups, loyalty Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to align messaging and execution Track performance and provide insights to improve outreach and campaign ROI Identify and pursue B2B and B2C opportunities across all business units Build relationships with fleet operators, insurance firms, corporate clients, and EV charging Develop outreach strategies via email, LinkedIn, and industry events Prepare proposals, presentations, and partnership decks Work with Brand & Marketing Executive to co-develop campaigns that support business Coordinate marketing materials for outreach and activations Track campaign performance and adjust tactics based on results Maintain CRM records of leads, prospects, and follow-ups Support post-sale engagement and referral programmes Gather feedback from prospects to improve offerings and messaging Develop B2B servicing packages for corporate fleets and insurance partners Promote service centre offerings through targeted outreach and bundled promotions Assist in launching loyalty programmes and seasonal campaigns Provide monthly reports on outreach performance, lead conversion, and campaign ROI Support strategic planning with market insights and competitor analysis Collaborate with HR & Strategy Executive on SOPs and transformation initiatives CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager Canva, PowerPoint, CapCut (for pitch decks and content) Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills

Pantai Bharu is seeking a dynamic and analytical Business Development Executive to support strategic
growth across our three core business units :
- Imported Reconditioned Vehicles
- Dongfeng Electric Vehicles (EV)
- Pusat Servis Pantai Bharu
This hybrid role combines external outreach, partnership development, and marketing execution. The
candidate will help us expand our customer base, build B2B and B2C relationships, and support targeted
campaigns that drive traffic, sales, and service bookings.
