Job description

Salary : MYR 2,500 -MYR 3,500

Location : Puchong, Selangor

Requirements :

Certificate or Diploma level (Degree is an advantage)
1–2 years of experience preferred but not mandatory
Fresh graduates are welcome
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Able to build relationships, organize tasks, and manage time effectively
Independent yet team-oriented with strong analytical thinking
Basic proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an advantage)

Responsibilities :

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Ensure clear communication and high customer satisfaction

Generate leads through calls, networking, referrals, and digital outreach

Develop and manage key accounts to achieve sales targets

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling

Prepare account reviews and performance reports

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams
