Senior Sales Executive

Reports to : Branch Manager

We are recruiting passionate and driven Sales Executives (Senior or Assistant Manager) to strengthen our footprint across Malaysia. This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic environment, supporting business growth and driving superior customer satisfaction. The focus areas include :

• Execute sales strategies to support business growth in the Foodservice & Retail Division.
• Drive profitable revenue growth within targeted margins.
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships to support long-term business success.
• Ensure operational efficiency and excellence in market execution.

Responsibilities

Prepare and implement sales strategies and growth plans aligned with overall business objectives.

Manage and review assigned customer accounts through regular market visits.

Align with immediate superior on planning and executing in-store activations, roadshows, and promotional events.

Provide timely updates on market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to the Branch Manager and relevant stakeholders.

Perform any other duties or ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Sales Manager or Branch Manager as required.

We provide quality products to hotels, restaurants, café chains, airlines, pastry shops, bakeries, juice bars, etc. We are an importer and distributor of specialty foods, concentrating mainly on chocolates, frozen fruits and purees, breads and cakes premix, and gelato industries.
