Responsibility for the daily activities of the service, repair, calibration & Technical support division To perform site installation, commissioning & repair works when required. Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve issues. Responsible for coordinating and reviewing any technical issue concerning which liaise with the principal. Providing technical assistance and support. Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.
