In Southeast Asia’s rapidly digitizing environment, Trend Micro is expanding its consumer cybersecurity presence through strategic B2B2C partnerships with organizations that serve large consumer bases, such as telecommunications providers, financial institutions, fintechs, insurers, and digital platforms.

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive this growth across key ASEAN markets.

Role Overview

This is a high-impact business development role focused on establishing and scaling B2B2C partnerships to deliver Trend Micro’s consumer cybersecurity solutions to end-users via trusted regional partners. You will own the full partnership lifecycle — from identifying opportunities, developing commercial models, and closing deals, to executing go-to-market initiatives in collaboration with internal and partner teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner Acquisition & Relationship Management : Identify, engage, and secure strategic partnerships with telcos, banks, fintechs, and digital platforms with large consumer bases.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders in partner organizations.
• Negotiate and close mutually beneficial commercial agreements.
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies that drive uptake of Trend Micro’s consumer products via partner ecosystems (e.g., bundles, integrated services, co‑branded offers).
• Collaborate cross-functionally (product, legal, marketing, operations) to deliver partner‑ready solutions.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory shifts, and competitor activity across Southeast Asia to inform strategy and prioritize opportunities.
• Provide insights to internal teams to enhance product‑market fit and customer value propositions.
• Identify and coordinate Trend Micro’s participation in key regional events to enhance visibility, generate leads, and foster partner relationships.
• Manage a sales and partnership pipeline using CRM tools.
