Requirements

SPM & Above
Proven experience working as a sales advisor.
Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and consultative sales skills.
Effective communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Willing to learn and have a teachable attitude

Experience with digital marketing and social media (FB, Insta, TikTok)

Good in delivering creative contents and sales

Strong thinking and reasoning skills

Great interpersonal and communication skills

Honest, reliable, punctual and hardworking

Positive attitude and strong commitment towards work is a must, for those without working experience

Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of store products to provide suitable recommendations to customers as needed.

Assisting customers in locating requested store products.

Addressing customer concerns and inquiries as well as resolving customer complaints.

Answering telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner.

Unloading and unpacking store deliveries as well as attaching price tags to all store products.
