Job description

Requirements

  • Min education LCCI
  • Experience 3-5year in coporate accounting experience
  • In depth knowledge of SQL accounting financial reporting and taxation
  • Advanced proficiency in accounting software and microsoft excel
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skill
  • Effecttive comunication skill both writen and verbal

Responsibilities

  • Able to do full set account & General Ledger.
  • Maintain Account Receivable - 3rd party & inter-company
  • Monitoring & review, processing payment request.
  • Collaborate with operations and credit control team for collection process.
  • Allocating collection to the appropriate customer account and against the correct invoice(s) for affiliates & ensure proper offset of AR maintained in SAP.
  • To support month end reporting analysis to meet required deadline.
  • Maintain and update fixed assets register from time to time.
  • Bank reconciliation and clearance of long overdue unreconciled items.
  • Any other Ad-hoc duties assigned by management from time to time.
  • Accountants plan, organize and administer accounting systems for individuals and establishments.
  • Some occupations classified here examine and analyse the accounting and financial records of individuals and establishments to ensure accuracy and compliance with established accounting standards and procedures.
  • Tasks include :

  • Advising on, planning and installing budgetary, accounts controlling and other accounting policies and systems;
  • Preparing and certifying financial statements for presentation to management, shareholders and statutory or other bodies;
  • Preparing tax returns, advising on taxation problems and contesting disputed claims before tax officials;
  • Preparing or reporting on profit forecasts and budgets;
  • Conducting financial investigations in such matters as suspected fraud, insolvency and bankruptcy;
  • Auditing accounts and bookkeeping records;
  • Conducting investigations and advising management on financial aspects of productivity, stockholdings, sales, new products, etc.;
  • Devising and controlling systems to determine unit cost of products and services
