Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Strategy :
Digital agency liaison to identify trends, create engaging content, and analyze social media performance to foster a strong online presence. Paid Media Management :
Work with media agency in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on digital and social platforms, staying updated on algorithmic changes and market trends. Search Engine Excellence (SEO / SEM) :
Guide agency efforts in developing and executing effective SEO and SEM strategies, keeping abreast of latest best practices. Performance Analytics & Optimization :
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs, proposing actionable strategies for improvement. Customer Journey Personalization :
Utilize data insights from diverse online / offline interactions (Google Analytics, Customer Data Platform, social media, etc.) to create personalized online content and campaigns for targeted audience segments. Digital Asset Management :
Manage and update content across all company websites, online platforms, and Google My Business profiles. Digital Innovation :
Actively explore and propose new digital solutions to improve overall digital marketing capabilities. Market & Competitor Monitoring :
Track market trends and competitor activities, recommending proactive strategies. Inter-Departmental Marketing Alignment :
Providing marketing support to key departments such as Sales, Aftersales, and other business units, to help them achieve their objectives and contribute to overall business growth. Cross-Functional Support :
Assist with ad-hoc marketing projects and customer events. Qualifications
Diploma / Degree in Digital Marketing or a similar field. Minimum 2 years' experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or comparable role. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO / SEM, social media marketing, digital advertising, audience segmentation, and website analytics. Strategic mindset with strong tactical execution abilities. Pleasant, team-oriented personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent command of English (written and spoken). Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
