Personal Assistant (Japanese Speaker)

Location : Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia

A leading multinational corporation with a multimillion USD worldwide market is looking to expand its Malaysia shared services center and hire Japanese Speaker Personal Assistant talents. Positions range from junior to senior.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Calendars : Coordinate complex calendars and schedule both internal and external meetings.
  • Resolve Conflicts : Address scheduling conflicts and prioritize tasks for effective time management.
  • Arrange Travel : Organize detailed travel plans with the travel agency team, including flights, hotels, and cars.
  • Support Relationship Management : Enter new CRM contacts and maintain accurate CRM information, mastering the CRM system through training and collaboration.
  • Provide Backup Support : Assist other MAs / EAs and stay updated on pending tasks and priorities.
  • Build Professional Relationships : Foster lasting relationships with other MAs / EAs and project teams.
  • Submit Expense Reports : Frequently submit detailed expense reports and manage the audit process for reimbursement.
  • Coordinate Project Start-Up : Schedule start-up meetings and communicate with case teams to understand key deadlines.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in the related field.
  • JLPT N1 / N2 or Native / Bilingual only.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Japanese / Korean and English.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to multitask.
  • High proficiency in MS Outlook.
