Responsibilities :
Administer and execute paperwork to ensure smooth operations
Manage office supplies and bills
Organize and file daily documents
Produce meeting minutes
Handle all admin jobs like control workers daily usage glove, parts & etc.
Handle licensing like JKKP
Add hoc task from management time to time
Manage GRN, DO, SO, PO
Job Requirements :
Well-organized with strong attention to detail
Working knowledge of MS Office and Access SQL system
Any diploma in Business & Accounts or related education.
Team player with a pleasant personality
Got responsibility to all jobs given
Can independently complete all the jobs given
willing to learn new things
Knowledge in SQL
