Responsibilities :

  • Administer and execute paperwork to ensure smooth operations
  • Manage office supplies and bills
  • Organize and file daily documents
  • Produce meeting minutes
  • Handle all admin jobs like control workers daily usage glove, parts & etc.
  • Handle licensing like JKKP
  • Add hoc task from management time to time
  • Manage GRN, DO, SO, PO

Job Requirements :

  • Well-organized with strong attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and Access SQL system
  • Any diploma in Business & Accounts or related education.
  • Team player with a pleasant personality
  • Got responsibility to all jobs given
  • Can independently complete all the jobs given
  • willing to learn new things
  • Knowledge in SQL
