Job description

Job Description

  • Handling day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Prepare invoice, quotation, DO, and CN
  • Assisting with data entry and other clerical duties as required
  • Answering and directing phone calls and responding to email inquiries
  • Providing customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting ad-hoc projects and tasks if required

Job Requirements

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in SQL Accounting and Microsoft Office 365
  • Requires Language (s) : Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply this role.
  • Available to start work immediately is an advantage
  • Working Location : Balakong, Selangor
