As the Commercial Operation Analyst you will support our (global) Strategic Partnerships Commercial team with general administrative support and metric reporting. You will be supporting the optimisation of the team’s sales performance through efficient CRM system support and through providing data-based insight on key sales metrics. You will leverage these capabilities to help our sales and client success teams operate with accurate data and actionable insights.

You will help maintain our CRM data (including tagging and classifying meetings and activities) and produce analytics reports from both CRM and Mixpanel to track performance. You will also monitor the Client Success team’s KPIs, analyze data patterns to identify new opportunities and high-value sales leads, and partner with the global Consulting Operations team to reconcile sales opportunities and revenue data across systems to ensure consistency. Your efforts will directly support data-driven decision-making and efficient workflows across the organization.

What You Will Be Doing

• Maintain CRM records and dashboards, ensuring that all sales meetings and activities are accurately recorded and classified
• Generate and manage regular and ad-hoc insight reports, using CRM and Mixpanel.
• Monitor and analyze the Client Success teams KPI’s, producing insights and recommendations for leadership.
• Identify trends and patterns in sales and customer data to flag growth opportunities and high-value leads.
• Support sales and consulting operations by managing workflow processes, maintaining data accuracy, and assisting with process documentation
• Collaborate with sales, consulting, and finance teams to address data discrepancies and drive process improvements, acting as a point of contact for CRM-related queries
• Assist with special projects and month-end sales processes as needed.
• Participate in global team meetings as required (some irregular hours may be required to accommodate this).
