Job descriptionMonitor production processes (mixing, drying, filling, packaging) to ensure food safety and consistency. Validate critical control points (CCPs) using food science principles. Conduct microbiological, chemical, and stability tests. Analyze test data to ensure compliance with food safety and nutritional standards. Prepare and review QA documentation, batch records, and product specifications. Assist in internal audits, supplier audits, and external regulatory inspections. Identify quality deviations, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend corrective / preventive actions. Use scientific reasoning to propose process improvements. Provide GMP, hygiene, and food safety training to staff. Support new product trials and process optimization with R&D teams.
