Position : Human Resource Consultant

Salary : RM 2,500 - RM 2,800

Location : Wisma Andalusia, No 21, Jalan 1 / 76, Desa Pandan, 55100 Kuala Lumpur

Working Days : Monday - Friday, Saturday / Sunday Half Day

Working Hours : 9AM - 6PM, Saturday / Sunday 9AM-1PM

Job Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding for retail positions.
• Coordinate manpower planning with retail supervisors to meet staffing needs during peak seasons (e.g., Ramadan, Hajj season).
• Prepare employment contracts, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Administer monthly payroll for retail staff, including salary calculations, allowances, deductions, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
• Handle staff attendance, leave management, and overtime claims for retail employees.
• Provide HR support in employee relations, disciplinary matters, and performance management.
• Assist in staff engagement initiatives, training coordination, and retention strategies to support retail operations.
• Generate HR reports and ensure timely submission of payroll and recruitmentrelated documentation.
